About paying
Refund requests are covered in the refund policy.
How much does it cost? Is there a free trial or subscription?
One credit creates one complete video. Buy 1 credit for $3.99, 3 for $9.99, or 10 for $24.99 USD. Each pack is a one-time purchase and credits never expire. There are no free generation credits.
What happens if generation fails or my photo is blocked?
The credit used for a failed or safety-blocked job is automatically returned to the same account. You can try again with a suitable photo. A returned credit is separate from a refund to your payment method; payment issues and unused-credit refund requests are reviewed under our refund policy.
What video file will I get? Is there a watermark?
The finished file is a 15-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 at 720 × 1280 resolution, without a watermark. It is designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. AI results vary, so check the download before posting.
